If you have found dozy bees buzzing around your house or are finding several resting on the mantelpiece, then the bees have found a new home…YOURS! 🏠
Bees can lay hundreds of eggs, so it’s important to identify their nest… which in my case was the cavity in a wall at home!
I had noticed one pop out of a small hole they had found from the outside of the house.
I had sealed it, temporarily, thinking that would solve it but speaking to a professional, he said this was the worst thing you can do. When bees are trapped, they become agitated and start looking for any way out, including via floorboards, bedrooms, and even in the loft.
I unsealed the hole, had the cavity professionally treated before permanently sealing it again.
This simple advice saved me £££’s in the long run. 💰
Don’t get stung! If you find bees in your house, don’t make the same mistake I did. Call a professional right away. It will save you time, money, and a lot of stress.
